Severe storms spawned tornadoes in the Dallas-Fort Worth area Wednesday evening. One even crossed over into western Kaufman County. Fortunately, the most severe weather missed our area.
We did get some heavy rains and some high winds. North Texas was set to remain under a tornado watch until after midnight.
