Terrell volunteer firefighters Noe Torres and Melissa Rose put in a good showing at the Guns and Hoses charity boxing tournament Saturday night.

Torres won his bout in a narrow decision.

Rose fought hard but did not land enough punches to top her police opponent. They were the only two ladies on the fight card.
