For those of you who may have been wondering why a Department of Public Safety helicopter was circling Furlough Middle School this morning, the campus was holding a career day event.

Senior Cpl. Robert White of the DPS along with pilots Sgt. Jim Rohrman (pictured above talking to students) and Sgt. A.J. Mason were on hand to show off the new Texas DPS A-Star helicopter.
