Terrell's Community Emergency Response Team members will gather tonight to kick off the new year and plan events and training for this year. The group is looking for new members who want to learn and be active responders in case of emergencies.
The 7 p.m. meeting will be held at the Terrell Service Center, 400 Industrial Blvd.
