Preparations are under way for Terrell's annual Black History Month program.
Set for 9 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 10 at the Terrell ISD Performing Arts Center, the festivities will include music and dance by performers from around the area, as well as an educational look back through time to honor contributions by African-American inventors, thinkers and leaders.
